What to write about
A form that will not fill
The most useful thing you can send. Include the URL if it is public, or a description of the widget if it is not, plus the self-test report from the extension. Site-compatibility fixes are the main reason new versions ship.
Licence and billing
Lost licence key, wrong email address at checkout, a refund request, or an invoice you need re-issued. Write from the address you bought with, or quote the Paddle order reference on your receipt.
